Do you provide home delivery?

Yes! We offer home delivery within Narayangarh. For orders from other cities in Nepal, we have affordable shipping options, and exact costs will be shared while confirming your order.
Can I exchange or return my bag?

We accept exchanges within 3 days, but only if the bag you received is damaged or incorrect. The item should be unused, have original tags, and packaging intact. Sale items are not exchangeable. Contact us to start an exchange.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfers via mobile banking. You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.
How long does delivery take?

Delivery in Narayangarh usually takes 1–2 business days. For other locations across Nepal, delivery usually takes between 3–4 business days, depending on your location.
Where is your store located?

Our store is located in Jun Hall Road, Narayangarh, Chitwan, Nepal. You're warmly welcome to visit us anytime from Tuesday- Sunday (8:00 AM–8:00 PM). We're closed on Monday.
