At Valentino Impex, we work hard to bring you high-quality, trendy, and durable bags that make your everyday style easier and more beautiful. We check every item carefully before it leaves our store — but if something still goes wrong, we’re here to help.

We offer returns or exchanges in specific cases only, and we try to make the process smooth and kind for our lovely customers.

What Items Are Eligible for Return or Exchange?

We accept returns or exchange only if:

You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item
You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and has all original tags attached
The item is not a SALE or discounted product

Products that are used, without tags, or returned after 3 days are not eligible for exchange.

What We Offer

We do not offer cash refunds
You can exchange the product with another item of equal or higher value
If the same design or color is unavailable, we’ll help you choose a similar product you’ll love
If no suitable exchange is available, we’ll discuss next steps on a case-by-case basis

How to Return or Exchange

You can return the item to us in two ways:

Walk-In Return:
Visit our store in Narayangarh and bring the item with its packaging and receipt
Courier Return:
Ship the item back to our store address (return shipping cost will be paid by the customer)

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll contact you to arrange an exchange.
